Dear reader,
WE CAN STILL DEFEAT ASSISTED SUICIDE – There is a clear path toward the assisted suicide Bill being defeated at Third Reading. Early analysis shows that at least 36 MPs supported the Bill but have concerns that mean they may vote NO at later stages.
Just 28 MPs switching their stance to NO would ensure it is defeated at Third Reading. We need MPs to know that their constituents want them to vote NO at Third Reading. – Please take action now and visit www.righttolife.org.uk/ASvote to find out how your MP voted and ask them to vote against the Bill at Third Reading.
- MASS TIMES – Tuesday – 9.30am, Friday 9.30am, Saturday vigil 5.30pm and Sunday 11.00am – please check newsletter.

- SACRED HEART & ST. PATRICK 1934 – 2024 –Celebrating 90 Glorious Years of Faith at Bolton Brow (1934–2024)On October 16,2024, we celebrate 90 years of the Catholic Faith at Sacred Heart & St. Patrick’s Church, we reflect on the rich heritage of this parish, which is built upon the deep faith of those who have gone before us, and ultimately upon the life of Jesus Christ and the history of the early Church in the New Testament. May the next 90 years be filled with the same faith, hope, and love that have marked the past. Sacred Heart of Jesus, pray for us. St. Patrick, pray for us.
